Return & Refund Policy

Refunds:

• Online Order Refunds
  

  We will refund you without undue delay using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction,  not later than:

  (a) 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied, or

  (b) (if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods.

Online returns:

• Products may be returned within 14 calendar days of receipt provided they are returned in as new condition with all packaging intact. A returns number will be automatically generated when the Cancel Order/Initiate Return option is selected. You are responsible for all return carriage costs. Typically these would be £5 for a small package within the UK, £20 for a small amp or guitar within the UK and in excess of £40 for a large item within the UK. International costs are listed on this site and may be used as a guide.
• Defective products will be collected and either refunded in full or if wanted, replaced free of charge within 30 days of delivery. After 30 days it is your responsibility to return the goods to us for repair under the manufacturer’s warranty.
• Any shortages or damage must be reported to us as soon as reasonably practicable following delivery.
