The Mjolnir is our take on the iconic "Horsey-Man" pedal. Since 2010 we've been perfecting this circuit to work for everyone regardless of taste or preference.
The Mjolnir has a bit less gain, less mid honk, and more low end push compared to other "klones". The iconic parts of the circuit remain to make it truly standout in the wide world of pedals.
Mjolnir Overdrive Controls
Gain - Simultaneously blends out the clean signal and in the drive
Treble - Shapes the high end of the signal
Output - Sets output volume level

Buffered Bypass - Bring your bypass signal to life
The Mjolnir has some features that make it a bit more pedalboard friendly. We removed the charge pump from this circuit so there is less risk of frying the pedal with incorrect power. This gives the drive a slightly smoother sound as the op-amps clip and help push the hard clipped diodes.
We use high quality panel mount In, Out and DC jacks so pedal will be reliable on the road for years to come.
Polish your clean tone
The now iconic buffered bypass of this circuit remains so it vastly improves the signal quality of long cable runs or big pedalboards.
Just like its inspiration the Mjolnir's Gain control is a dual ganged pot that controls both the clean mix and the gain. At minimum it is pure clean tone, at maximum it's all gain. The gain control is tuned to strike a perfect balance of clean push and gain.
